The information
Unemployment is the biggest problem in Spain nowadays. The EPA (Survey on active population) release its data each three months, and five minutes after the publication of those data, we have published and updated our Unemeployment Explorer, featuring unemployment by regions, sex, age and total number and percentage evolution from 2005 (date when the Nationatl Institute of Statistics releasedits new rules for measuring the unemployment data).
The design
The shape of the graphic is designed thinking on the speed we need to have to publish the updated data as fast as possible. We show different pieces for the different data: regions, ages, sex, total... and a label to place people on the date they're watching.
