The information
Breaking news fraphic published around 8.30 h in the morning (Spain time), news about the earthqueake arrived to Spain at 8.00h. The graphic was continuosly updated during the day adding information, videos and other data.
The design
We focused the graphic in the location of the epicenter, then, when the tsunami was the main subject of the information, we added the expected time when waves would hot the ground. The we started adding video to a map of Japan to show the situation in the different distances from the epicenter.
